Mr. Richard Banji (M0086)
Frontline Corporation

Born in the year 1957, on 27 January, to Mr Louis Banji (Barnes) and Mrs. Veronica at Sastan (Udipi dist), Mr. Richard Banji studied upto PUC, at Brahmavar. His two elder brothers were working in Hyderabad, since 1964. As there were more prospects, for studies and jobs at Hyderabad during that time, they called Mr. Richard to Hyderabad.

He joined a private company in the marketing department and did his studies privately, till he completed his graduation. He worked for the company for 14 years. In 1989, he started his own marketing agency for Indian and foreign engineering components and made a firm base. In 1991, he married Ms. Leona Theresa Fernandes of Kalyanpur.

His firm “Frontline Corporation” has since expanded into dealings with companies of USA, UK and European countries. His major clients are BHEL, L&T, Crompton & Greaves and VHP Vizag, just to name a few. Mr. Richard and Mrs. Leona have two sons Reynold, age 13yrs; Lionel, age 11 yrs; and daughter Reola, age 10yrs. Mrs. Leona is a housewife.

Vinith Traders

Vincent was born on 11 Nov 1967 to Mr. Gerome and Mrs. Lucy D‘Costa in a coffee growers family in Chickmangalur. He studied upto SSLC in Padua High school at Nantur and did his graduation from St Aloysius college, Mangalore.

He went to Allahabad(UP) and did his MA in English and Hindi literature. He also did his “Sangeet Prabhakar” in music there. He helped his brothers in their business for a year at Bombay and then returned to Managalore.

He married Ms. Neena D‘Souza of Valencia in 1998. He came to Hyderabad in 2001, with hardly any money, to try his luck and make a future of his own. For two years he worked in the direct marketing line of an MNC and was involved in product promotion and consumer goods exhibitions.

With this experience and a zeal to do something on his own, in 2002 he started his own firm “Vinith Traders” from home. Later in 2003 he started “Home Ideas” for distribution of home appliances and started arranging direct marketing and exhibitions of home appliances on his own. In April 2006, he relocated Vinith Traders in the present location at Vijaya nagar colony, Hyderabad. Mrs. Neena works for a business firm as an accounts manager. Their elder son, Vinith aged 8yrs studies at Mangalore and the younger son, Vernon aged 2 yrs is with them.
