IndiaTomorrow.net,
Lucknow, March 20: Soon after Adityanath Yogi was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh here on Sunday, IndiaTomorrow.net talked to common people in different parts of India’s most populous state to know their expectations from the new government particularly when it will be headed by a man whose politics has so far been based on Muslim bashing.

Though Yogi himself has rarely talked about development in his recent election campaign, people said he, as Chief Minister of the state, will have to work for development.

The second thing that most of the people said has also been a stranger in Yogi’s political dictionary. Inclusion. Yes, people said Yogi will have to take all sections of the society along.

Allahabad
He will have to work for development of the state. All politics is in the name of development. Otherwise, Akhilesh Yadav or Mayawati would not have lost elections.

Agra
There is little infrastructure development in UP. Some cities like Agra have no infrastructure development at all. I hope he will work in these cities.

Bareilly
Given his comments against a particular religious community, it does not look he will work. But as he has become chief minister of India’s largest state, we hope he will keep away from religions and follow only Raj Dharma and take all sections of society along.

Noida
Taking all sections of the society along, he will have to work.

Bareilly
Apparently he is talking about development. But only he knows what is in his mind and what he will do. Only time will tell. Development is must.

Bareilly
He should take all sections of society together and work for development of the state. He should impose prohibition. Wine is the root of all crimes.

Allahabad
The appointment of Yogi shows that BJP has acknowledge that it won the UP elections not on the issue of development by through communal polarisation. This denotes that they say something and do something else.

Sitapur
Till now he was an MP. Now he is chief minister of India’s most populous state so his responsibilities are manifold and he will have to perform accordingly. If he does not deliver, people will reject him in the next election.
