NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 25—The 21-year-old Abudrrahman Saifi, an office boy at the headquarters of Students Islamic Organisation of India(SIO) in Okhla’s Abul Fazal Enclave in Delhi, has been missing under mysterious circumstances for the last four days.

SIO secretary Haider SK has lodged a missing complaint at Shaheen Bagh Police Station.

According to the complaint, he was last seen at Falahi Chowk, near SIO office, at 3 p.m. on December 22.

“However, when he did not return till late evening, we began search for him. He had also left his cellphone behind in office and hence, no communication could be established with him. We contacted his family members in Lucknow but he has also not reached there”, said Haider.

Haider said that Saifi was in a very good state of mental health and hence, it could also not be suspected that he might have strayed away. Haider said he also did not suspect anybody in his disappearance.

He was very active on social media and because of this, he was called a journalist by people in his circle. He was also doing a course in journalism through correspondence.

The news about his disappearance has become viral on social media, with people in his circle praying for his safe return.

He is 5.5 feet tall and of wheatish complexion. He was wearing blue jeans, black jacket and blue colour sport shoes when he went out of SIO office.
