“India strongly condemns all acts of terror and mindless violence. We believe that the progress of humanity lies in unity, peace, brotherhood and non-violence. We stand by the people of Kuwait and reaffirm our full support to the global fight against terrorism,” said the President who also condemned terror attacks in France and Tunisia.

Meanwhile, Maulana Syed Jalaluddin Umari, national president of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, India’s largest Muslim organization, has also strongly condemned the terror attacks in the three countries and called them a conspiracy of anti-Islamic forces.

“The attack on a mosque in Kuwait was similar to the one, few days back, in Saudi Arabia. It is a conspiracy to create unrest in these countries and to achieve the nefarious goal of defaming Islam by linking Muslims with terrorism,” said Maulana Umari in a statement.
