Both are in neck to neck fight in Manipur and Goa
IndiaTomorrow.net,
New Delhi, March 11: BJP has almost swept Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand while Congress has come back in Punjab with a thumping majority. Both parties are in neck to neck fight in Manipur and Goa as both are struggling to retain their No. 1 position there.
BJP has made a huge jump from 47 seats in 2012 to 310 seats in 2017. Consequently, all other parties including BSP, SP and Congress have taken a sharp fall — like SP has come down from 224 in 2012 elections to just about 50 in this election.
